WHY US?
StarsForCare is a uniquely designed software with the same methodology and calculations that CMS is using in the Five Star Rating. Facilities can upload their MDS data along with survey details and staffing information to run their current rating. This live data can be used to determine areas of concern and develop plans for a better rating. Facilities can even set up goals in terms of stars to achieve and the program will guide them step by step. Our program has the capability to identify factors affecting the quality rating and assist long term care facilities to efficiently navigate the data for their advantage. We can pinpoint even the individual residents who can significantly affect the outcome of the star rating.
As it takes time for the CMS report to publish, facilities have the upper hand in improving the star rating with live data by using StarsForCare. For example, one or two restraint reductions or changes in medications within a quarter can result in improvement in overall rating.
